So I know this doesn’t really require “cooking” except for the chicken, but it’s so good I had to put it in here! We love this salad at my house – when I find it on sale I grab it and we have it that night. Usually it’s on sale 2/$7.00, but last night it was 2/$5.00!! We’ll make some chicken tenders on the Foreman with some Penzey’s Bold Taco Seasoning and cut it up in the salad – and there’s lunch! It’s excellent!
