Good Neighbor Potato Soup

Good Neighbor Potato Soup
2 cups celery, diced
1 1/2 cups raw potatoes, diced
1/4 cup onion, diced
2 cups chicken stock
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 cups milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 Tbsp. butter

Rice Alfredo
4 Tbsp. butter
1 cup half-and-half
3 cups rice, cooked
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup clarified butter
