Why I hate to cook.

Okay, I don’t HATE cooking. I actually kind of like/love it – just not in my current kitchen and with my current job. I am a retail slave, which basically means I work crappy hours 5 days a week. I’m salaried too, so overtime means nothing to me.

One of these days I’ll get a “real” job with “normal” hours and I will cook the crap out of some food – but until then, I’ll keep on collecting…and collecting…and collecting. It’s getting to the point where I need to keep all of my recipes in one place or I’m afraid I’ll never make all of them!

    Hi…love to cook also but (as I get older), not so much after working all day (especially the cleaning up part). So I mainly cook “real” food on the weekends and quick (but still fairly healthy) dishes during the week.

    My sister passed your Chicken Enclilada w/Creamy Tomatillo sauce on to me..she fixed it the other evening and LOVED it! And we all love Paula Deen!
