Hot Cocoa from scratch

Hot Cocoa
3 Tbsp. sugar
3-4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 cup hot water
4 cups milk
Mix sugar, cocoa, and salt in top of double boiler. Add water to cocoa mixture; boil for 3 minutes, stirring. Add milk to cocoa mixture and place over hot water. Cover. Heat and serve.
Serves 4.
