3/4 cup finely crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup flaked coconut

I used strawberry pie filling for Valentine’s Day, but I still like the blueberry better. I think cherries would be the best, but someone in my house doesn’t like cherry stuff – and that someone is NOT me. I love cherries.

Things I will make in the next month – part 1

Paula Deen’s Butterscotch Dip
2 (14 oz) cans Eagle brand milk (sweetened condensed milk)
2 (12 oz) bags butterscotch morsels
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, transfer to a bowl and serve with fresh fruit.
Makes 5 cups.
