2 cups sour cream
2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 1/4 Tbsp. onion, chopped

Vanilla wafers
3 bananas
2 egg yolks
1 cup whole milk
1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 – 1/3 cup Amaretto
2 Tbsp. butter

2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
3 eggs, well beaten
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups buttermilk

Syrian Casserole

We also ate this a LOT as kids.
Syrian Casserole
1 lb. hamburger meat, browned and drained
1 small head cabbage, shredded
Chili powder to taste
1 1/2 cups rice, cooked
Salt and pepper

Sour Cream Drop Cookies

Sour Cream Drop Cookies
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup butter
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
4 cups flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
