		<description>I made these for my wife, she really isn&#039;t a big mexican food fan but she loved these. So deelish the tomatiliio sauce gives it a very good tangyness. It seems like a pain in the but to assemble all of them but it is worth it in the end.

1) The baked potatoes are awesome, people.  And yes, you do need to put a sheet of foil down on the lower rack (not the one the potatoes are on).

2) The Symphony© bar brownies are great, but I offer up this modification.  Use the regular milk chocolate bars, not the ones with toffee in the middle.  Here&#039;s why: When you bake these in the oven, the toffee hardens and it&#039;s not unlike biting into a piece of VERY stale peanut brittle (don&#039;t ask me how I know that).  You do, however, absolutely need to use Symphony© (or some other high-quality chocolate) bars.  My thought is this: If you&#039;re gonna do it, do it right, man.</description>
